Project Manager

The Project Manager will oversee the management of major grants under the Del Norte Wildfire Resilience Project. This role requires a strategic leader capable of managing complex projects, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and maintaining high standards of professionalism and efficiency. The Project Manager will oversee the activities of the crew leader and crew members, ensuring that project deliverables align with the DNFSC’s objectives and grant requirements while reporting directly to the DNFSC County Coordinator.
Communications and Development Manager
The Communications and Development Manager is a dual-role position that requires a dynamic individual skilled in communications, marketing, fundraising, and administrative tasks. This role involves developing and executing marketing and fundraising strategies to support the DNFSC's initiatives, as well as assisting in administrative duties to ensure efficient office operations.

Wildfire Resilience Crew Member
As a Wildfire Resilience Crew Member, you will play a critical role in executing wildfire resilience projects across various communities in Del Norte County. This position demands a high level of physical fitness, professionalism, and dedication to community safety and environmental stewardship. The role involves intensive fieldwork aimed at enhancing wildfire preparedness and mitigation strategies through fuel reduction, defensible space creation, and the integration of cutting-edge science and traditional practices.
